A growing healthcare system in Southern NH is looking to hire a Benefits Manager for the hospital system. This is a permanent role.
This role is hybrid, so you must be able to work on-site in Southern, NH as needed (3 days/wk).
This is a team leadership position that will be directly involved in development, implantation, and coordination of benefits policies/programs including: health, prescription, dental, wellness, life, retirement, and other voluntary plans. The person in this role will also manage the day-to-day administration of existing benefits programs while overseeing a team of benefits specialists and analysts.
Requirements:
*People/Team Management experience (including remote employees)
*Bachelor’s Degree
*6+ years of experience in a corporate benefits focused position at larger organization
*Knowledge of ACA, HIPPAA, ERISA, COBRA, etc.
Preferences:
*Healthcare Industry experience
*Experience managing benefits for a hospital system
*Experience managing fully insured health plan
